Hot Power Vinyasa Teacher Training is Vic Munoz's Sadhana Yoga Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training.

Directly after our January 10th Hot Power Vinyasa Teacher Training is Vic Munoz's Sadhana Yoga Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training!

5am-10am each day starting February 7th for 28 Days.

Vic's trainings is dedicated to people to want to learn more and practice more of the Traditional Hatha Yoga Techniques as found in Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Gherand Samhita. Vic is an established Yogi and Master of Spirituality who has spent years studying with Gurus in India and he will be leading this Training in the spirit of an Indian Ashram experience.

If you work full time and wish to join the program you can join for the Practice from 5am to 8am and then receive the lectures as audio or video files later in the day.
