ANIMAL LOVERS, ADVOCATES, & ACTIVISTS - PLEASE WAKE UP AND SUPPORT ONE OF THE GREATEST BREAKTHROUGHS FOR ANIMALS, HUMAN HEALTH, & THE ENVIRONMENT EVER!!!
You know that education and outreach are the the ultimate weapons that animals can have to support them. Until now, there has never been an anti animal-cruelty program regularly scheduled on a major mass media network.
Perhaps you have been too busy to contemplate the magnitude of this breakthrough for animals, for if you had, you certainly would have sold your house, your car, your jewels, and made the most generous donation possible to ensure this program's continuation; for if you had contemplated the magnitude, you certainly would have dedicated yourself to many hours of creative fundraising to guarantee that the animals have representation in the mass media, and perhaps you would have done so with an equal fervor to that of the army currently marching through California in a signature gathering campaign.
Just as every animal's life matters, every person reached with the story of the animals' plight matters. We have no problem devoting a day's energy to set up a storefront table and talk to a few people. We may reach a few more with a megaphone in the streets. But now, the animals have the microphone, and their advocacy is heard around the world, and on dozens of radio stations all across America - in the 4 largest cities in the country, 5 of the top 10, also on XM Satellite, podcasts, archives.
You are busy. You have no time to waste. There is an undeniable urgency faced by the animals and environment, and now a means to address it. This is the most important radio program ever. Make it your priority. People need to know that meat and dairy will kill them, that meat and dairy are causing global warming, that meat and dairy cause energy crises, that vivisection is fraud, that circuses, rodeos, and zoos are not entertainment, that animals' skins aren't fabric, that dogs and cats need to be spayed and neutered. People need to hear perspectives from guests like Dennis Kucinich, Ingrid Newkirk, Howard Lyman, Chris DeRose, Alex Hershaft, Tom Regan, Gary Francione - all on recent broadcasts.

GO VEGAN RADIO must pay Air America approximately $200,000 annually - for the animals to have a voice. $60,000 has been raised thus far. $6000 is due now, with $12,000 due at the end of the month. There are no large donors, and support from large organizations, while appreciated, has been minimal.
