Yoga alleviates Anxiety and Nervousness and Brings Balance

On the level of our minds, Yoga provides access to a deep sense of peace. This is done though connection to the present moment through the medium of the breath. The present moment as accessed in Yoga provides a means for meditation and concentration which can benefit in multiple ways. Many people come to yoga because they feel nervous or agitated and find that Yoga calms them and brings balance and equanimity in their lives.
