Fish Oil

The BBC reported in their headline: Fish Oils-- psychotic mental illness taking a daily fish oil capsule can save off mental illness in those at highest risk. Three months course of the supplement appeared to be as effective as drugs cutting a rate of psychotic illness like schizophrenia by a quarter. The researchers believe it is the Omega 3 in fish oil already held for promoting healthy hearts that has beneficial effects in the brain. What is so interesting is that once again we are subjected to a half-truth in a research like this is very relevant, very interesting how Omega 3, this property, the essential fatty acids and its effects on the brain when received in ample quantities is beneficial for brain functioning and that’s a tremendous bit of research right there. What is so interesting in why they have to associate that with fish oil or in any kind of use of fish to the obtaining of the Omega 3. Why was it that had to test fish oil instead of a different source of Omega 3 that doesn’t have to come from fish. Remember please that fish oil, it’s only high in Omega 3 fatty acids because of the Omega 3 botanical algae food source that the big ocean-dwelling fish eat. So while this research is very interesting because it says how potent and serious side effects of all the anti-psychotic drugs are and here is a natural remedy against the anti-psychotic drugs for the schizophrenia, all of the mental imbalances, the natural remedy is essential fatty acid Omega 3 and it’s not required to have fish. E3 live contains incredible amounts of Omega 3 fatty acids that contain Omega 3 fatty acids. There are a lot of really wonderful ways of getting Omega 3 without having to get it from fish.

Ancient practitioners have likened
yoga teacher training course to a living tree with six

branches coming from the trunk, with each branch having its own unique function relating to a particular lifestyle. The Yoga

Sutras of Patanjali is one of the six darshanas of Hindu or Vedic schools and, alongside the Bhagvada Gita and Hatha Yoga

Pradipika, is a milestone in the history of Yoga. Though brief, the Yoga Sutras are an enormously influential work, just as

relevant for yoga philosophy and practice today, as when written many thousands of years ago.

The six branches of Yoga tend to have some aspects in common and familiarizing oneself with all six will certainly help in

the selection of your own yoga programme that incorporates routines that appeal from any of the six branches. Asanas or

postures, Pranayama or breath control, these two disciplines along with meditation and a strict moral code are the

fundamentals of the practice of yoga.
