Did you know? When it comes to nutrition it is not as simple as the nutritionist make is seem. Indeed really the subject of nutrition is not about fats, carbs and proteins as we are all led to understand.
Fats, carbs and proteins are designations of a type of chemistry related to the formation of the elements. What those words to not designate is the quality of the food being analyzed. To a nutritionist a carbohydrate is a carbohydrate whether from a piece of bread, a banana or a french fry... it is all just 'carbs'. Even common sense warns us that this is an illogical view and even kids know that there is an inherent difference between fruit and french fries.
The fact is actually that it is the life force in the food that really feeds us not the chemical composition. Cooked foods have had all the vitality burnt out from them and they offer little or no true nutritional value and raw plant foods not only have all the vitamins and minerals in an unadulterated and viable state, they also contain the divine life force that truly feeds us.
For truly it is life that feeds life... dead cells do not give live force.
It is simple and no reason to go crazy trying to eat 'perfect'...just eat less cooked animals foods, less fried foods, and more fruits and salads...and do yoga everyday! simple really! and so joyful!

Did you know? Did you know that you being the scientist for your own eating and exercising regimens to see what is right for YOU and what is not, through actual experience, is the only way to know anything truly?
Indeed the key to success and the skill which is of utmost importance is to experiment and determine through experience which is the best way of eating and exercising. Reading books and magazines is not enough to know the truth.
The truth must be gleaned from experience and the only way to have that is to take a few weeks and systematically, for the sake of the science of it, make changes to the dietary. Cut out all meat and animal foods, for only one week, and see how it feels! Next try 2 weeks and see how your feel.
There is only one way to know anything, experience! So be the scientist yourself when it comes to Nutrition and Exercise and be systematic so that when you start feeling so much better, you know exactly why! Enjoy the process of experimenting with different ways of eating, as a blessing and an opportunity to learn new ways that have profound and positive effects!

Indeed nothing is impossible but generally the classes of pharmaceuticals used in controlling the symptoms of the so called ADHD Spectrum have no place in the delicate brain chemistry of a developing human being. This is especially true when the 'symptoms' being displayed by the child to elicit the medicative reaction are caused by too much sugar, not enough exercise, and too many video games...none of which are cured by these heavy duty drugs.
Remember these are just kids and don't need to be medicated necessarily since most of the time they are not sick!!! Kids are not easy for sure but they will behave often times in relation to several variables and unless pharmacological baby sitting is your only intention i would suggest first limiting stimulating drug-foods like sugar and and make sure your kids have plenty of outdoor play time somehow if possible.

Om is the most sacred Mantra in India. According the Vedas and the Mandukya Upanishad Om is the vibration that the structure of the universe is based upon. Om is seen as the complete vibration that represents the sum total of the states of consciousness possible in the human being.
Omming for 10 Minutes straight has a deep calming effect on all the cells of the body. Oms increase concentration as well as specifically stimulate the 3rd eye chakra to increase the powers of intuition and inner vision. Oms are are a great way to start a class because they invite the class to join together in harmony and they set the spiritual intention of the class time

Did you know? Did you know that humans care more for the health and wellbeing of the animals in the zoo than we do for ourselves. We have analyzed that animals in the zoo require a certain and very specific diet to remain healthy. Never would a veterinary doctor in the zoo allow the prized Tiger or Mountain Gorilla to eat something in violation of it's natural dietary!
Why then do our doctors allow or even encourage us primates to eat so unscientifically? It is amazing how the animals in the zoo get more intelligent care than we humans get from our doctors.
Our doctors should treat us with the same scientific approach to health and the application of the natural dietary to restore health and or to prevent disease. Prevention is always better than cure and eating according to our nature is one of the keys to prevention!
