Low Back Pain

What is the best back exercise for healing lower back pain? So many times we get to question “what can I do for my lower back” or “what’s the yoga pose that is the best for this” or “what pose your going to do for that.” And, unquestionably it has supposed to have specific benefits and has the ability to affect the body in a specific and beneficial way so it’s not completely incorrect to think in those terms about “all right well I have lower back pain and I have pains and what can I do, what is the one exercise to get rid of it”. Basically it is the mentality and it is clearly understandable but it’s really important to see it differently not to see anything as a one exercise is going to do it or that only yoga pose is what is providing the effect. Because what is actually required is a fairly comprehensive sequence that is going to address to every muscle on the body in every degree is possible. It’s because the body and the muscles cooperates with each other during exercise and able to communicate and coordinate much more effectively when they are being practiced with the exercise and every muscle needs that not just that because you have to tighten or lengthen your hamstrings that that’s all you do because that by itself while they’re helpful isn’t quite enough the big picture is that your hamstring have to get lengthened in the context of the rest of your body getting stronger, healthier and more flexible as well.
